        3. Learning in Motion - Movement activities to promote mastery of the Virginia Standards of Learning in Elementary English, Science and Math for grades K-5
        4. Active Academics!- provides short "10 minute or less" activities for K-5 classrooms in math, reading/language arts, health/nutrition, and physical education. Teachers can also choose "classroom energizers" that will provide simple ideas just for giving students a "moving break" from classroom activities.

        6. Fit Kids -  See Learn Do - great activities for kids here—all on video, all easy to understand and all easy to implement. Includes active lessons from grades K-7 in math, science, social studies, language arts, health, recess, PE short "10 minute or less" activities.
        7. Physical Activity - 3..2..1 Active Fun Videos - provide students with opportunities to participate in physical activity within a classroom setting. Short bouts of physical activity can rejuvenate a student's attention towards the academic task. Physical activity that is included within academic lessons has been shown to positively impact a student's memory, concentration, and attention whereby allowing for more productive academic learning. Each video clip lasts between 4-5 minutes. For each video, students perform the activities beside their desk.

The Adventure To Fitness - a free web-based physical activity resource that allows your K-5 classrooms to join more than 20,000 teachers already participating in the single most popular physical activity program available to schools across the nation. With a simple click classrooms are propelled into a world of fun, excitement, education and activity. Weekly adventures assist schools in fighting obesity by increasing physical activity from the safety and comfort of the classroom. Each exciting episode provides 30 minutes of MVPA, moderate to vigorous weekly physical activity. Adventures and corresponding Teacher Guides align to National Standards in Health, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science and Math.
