Page for Parents
Parents often ask how they can best be involved with the school. The best way to get involved is to prepare your child for school success by:
talk to your child's teacher
read the school's KYI the last Wednesday of each month
visit the school's website
request parent/teacher conferences
communicate high expectations academically and behaviorally
assure that your child gets enough rest - children need 10 to 11 hours sleep each night
eat well balanced meals together as a family
set aside time each night for homework
read with your child
enjoy conversation with your child in the family setting
