Philosophy: Art Education is basic to an individual’s perception and understanding of the world in which we live. Creative learning enables students to interpret these perceptions in visual form. Art Education teaches students to respect and appreciate their own interpretations and those of others. A sequential art program develops basic skills, encourages visual awareness and is fundamental to intellectual growth and creative self-expression.

Schedule:
8:00 - 8:45 - 5th Grade
2nd - 5th grade
just finished painting their clay projects. 4th and 5th graders are
weaving. 4th grade
will be working on the graduation flower pots for our 5th graders
soon. 3rd is finishing up yarn
bowls and hot air balloons. 2nd
graders are starting to paint some spring projects. 1st grade
is doing a fish tank. Kindergarteners just finished Kandinsky cats.
