Roanoke County Public Schools are committed to providing all students, including students with autism, opportunity to benefit from a public education. Each student receiving special education services has a program designed to meet his or her individual needs. Students with an autism spectrum disorder may receive a wide range of services provided by trained personnel that may be carried out both in the regular and special education classrooms.
