A Letter to Friends of the Sea

        This message is for people who care about the animals that live at our beach.  Lately, people have been leaving litter on the sand.

        My parents trained me not to leave trash at the beach.  They would wait patiently for me to carry my trash to the can.  They were wise They taught me that trash can hurt birds and fish.  It can make them sick.  I am eager to help my animal friends.  I know you are, too.  Let's work together to keep the beach clean and safe.
