Rescheduled Pizza Delivery and Band Trip Balance Payments

Mother Nature has given us unprecedented weather this year which has altered several school and band dates.

First, “Thank-You” to everyone for your patience and understanding with these date changes. We will work with everyone as best we can to complete these rescheduled date changes.

The Joe Corbi’s date has been changed once again. This is the third delivery date and hopefully we’ll get it in. This last date change was due to the blizzard conditions in the Baltimore, Md. area from which our pizzas are coming from.

The rescheduled date is for this Friday, February 19th, same time and place (school lobby):

6th graders - 6:00- 6:45 p.m.
7th graders - 6:45 - 7:30 p.m.
8th graders - 7:30-8:00 p.m.

Lastly, the trip balance payment sheets should be coming home today via your child. Again, this was due last Thursday, February 11th - a cancelled school day due to inclement weather. This amount will be due no later than March 3rd and would be greatly appreciated if payment could be made earlier. However, with all the disruptions to the school and band calendars, we will work with anyone who needs more time. Please notify me if this presents problems.

A Big “Thank-You” goes out to Sue Koel who has worked tirelessly in organizing both of our fund raisers this year!!!! Thank-You Sue!!!!!!
