Sports Physicals
Mark Your Calendars!…For the Annual Middle & High School Sports Physicals. Hosted by NORTHSIDE HIGH SCHOOL on Saturday, May 19, 2012, 8:30 a.m. Health Focus Sports Physicals are very comprehensive, low-cost - $17 per student, and surpass sports physical requirements. They include:
- Review of Medical History
- Height & Weight
- Blood Pressure
- Urinalysis
- Range of Motion Evaluation
- Vision Test
- Assessment of Mouth, Heart, Lungs & Spleen
- Hernia Assessment for Male Athletes
This event is offered to students entering grades 7 – 12 in the 2012-2013 academic year.
Students must bring a completed and signed VHSL Physical Examination Form – available online and $17 cash or check-made out to Health Focus of SW VA.
