Physicals and Tryout Dates
In order to participate in any sport at NMS, we must have an updated and completed VHSL Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Physical Examination. A physical exam is required each school year dated on or after May 1 of the current year through June 30 of the succeeding year. The VHSL forms are located in our front office and on our website. You must give these updated forms to your coach on the first day of tryouts or beforehand to the athletic director. Once you have turned in your updated form, it will be good for the entire academic year.
