2010 Textbook Previews set for May 25 and 26

It is anticipated that at the meeting on June 10, 2010 the School Board will select textbooks for basal use. Committees composed of teachers, parents, and administrators are currently studying textbooks in the categories listed below and will make a recommendation to the Roanoke County Public School Board on June 10, 2010.

Economics and Personal Finance
AP Chemistry
A+ Certification-Computer Information Technology (BCAT)
Microsoft Office 2007

Copies of textbooks being considered for adoption by the Roanoke County Public School Board will be available for public review according to the schedule below. School personnel will be available to answer questions about textbooks and to receive written input from persons who desire to make comments.
