| Art education is basic to a student's perception and understanding of the world in which he/she lives. Creative learning enables the student to interpret these perceptions in visual form and to respect and appreciate his/her own interpretations and those of others. A sequential art program (determined by levels of child growth and development) develops skills, the capacity to make qualified judgments and visual interpretations, and is fundamental to intellectual growth and creative self-expression. Therefore, it is imperative that all students are provided with a sound and sequential art program. | ||||
