SNOW DAY MAKE-UP INFORMATION
The Roanoke County School Board has decided to extend the school
day beginning March 23 AND for the remainder of the 2014-2015
school year in order to make up time missed by recent snow days. The
elementary school day will be extended by fifteen (15) minutes and will
end at 2:35 p.m. As a result of this added time, April 3 (Good Friday),
April 10 (last day of Spring Break) and May 25 (Memorial Day) will no
longer be snow makeup days. However, March 23 will continue to be a
make-up school day.
March 23: Make-up Snow Day New Dismissal Time In Effect: 2:35PM
March 24: Drama Club performance 6:30PM
March 27: Report Cards Sent Home
April 3-April 12: Spring Break
April 13: School Resumes
