Welcome to Mount Pleasant Elementary!

We will begin our running club for 4th and 5th grade students on Friday, September 4th. We will meet in the gym immediately after school and then head down to the field to run/ walk or jog around the soccer fields. Students can then be picked up in the gym at 2:45pm afterwards. Please remind your students to bring sneakers and to wear comfortable clothing on Fridays. The dates that the running club will meet are as follows: September 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, October 2nd, and 9th. The running club will finish on Saturday October 10th at the Vinton Fall Festival 5K.  (Your child does not have to run in the race to join our running club.)  (Race details will follow at a later date.) In order for your child to stay, I must have a signed permission form.
