New Student Enrollment & Registration Information*

Welcome to Hidden Valley High School. We are so excited to have you join the Titan family!

New student enrollment meetings with a counselor are by appointment only. New enrollment appointments for the 2011-2012 school year will be scheduled after June 20, 2011. Enrollment paperwork/packets are also available if parents/guardians would like to complete the paperwork prior the meeting time (recommended). Please contact the School Counseling Department Secretary at (540)776-7320 to pick up an enrollment packet and/or to schedule an appointment.

Please schedule your child's enrollment appointment as soon as possible to avoid delays in enrollment at the start of the school year.

The following information must be provided during the new student enrollment & registration meeting:

  1. Original Birth Certificate (photocopies are not acceptable)
  2. Social Security Card (photocopies are not acceptable)

  3. Proof of Residency

    • Copy of mortage, lease, or real estate tax statement of your principle residence in Roanoke County

    OR

    • Vehicle registration indicating a Roanoke County address AND a valid driver's license with a Roanoke Count address listed.

  4. Former school information (Withdrawal documentation/withdrawal notification from previous school, copy of school record, unofficial copy of transcript, final report card, etc.)

  5. Immunization certificate with clinical signatures, including second MMR (Measles, Mumps, & Rubella), Hepatitis B series and Dtap booster, & school entrance physical. **This information must be present at the time of enrollment.The parent/guardian must obtain all necessary copies directly from such institutions and have them in-hand during the enrollment meeting.**
