In the nationwide school club roundup, Ham Radio Club earned more than 3000 points, more than double the previous year's points, by contacting individuals and clubs around the nation and the world. Ham Radio members contacted other ham radio operators in 14 states from New York to Florida and across the country to California. Contact was also made with three Canadian provinces, as well as Portugal, Switzerland, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Italy, and Hungary. Eric Yohe made first contact with another country. Micah Green, Jason Lenhardt, Quentin Elliot, Harsh Patolia, Keirnan Berger, and Dan Romeiser made a combined total of 19 contacts around the world.
