Orientation Program
An orientation program will be held for all
rising 6th graders and students new to our school on
Friday,
August 20th from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Students are asked
to assemble in the auditorium at 9:00 a.m.
Parents are requested to drop off students in the large south
parking lot beside the school. Students
will tour the building and meet their teachers during this orientation.
Because of the
large number of students who will be attending the orientation, parents
are asked to
meet their children in the cafeteria at 11:00 a.m. to escort them to
their cars.
Schedule Pick-up
Students may
stop by the school on
Monday, August 9th or Tuesday, August 17th
between the hours
of 8:30 – 11:00 a.m. or 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. to pick up
schedules for the 2010-11 school year.
No schedules will be distributed prior to August 9th.
Class schedules will not be distributed to rising 6th
graders unless parents have supplied documentation of the required Tdap
booster shot. Students will be referred immediately to the health
department and schedules will be held until this requirement is
satisfied
