New Student Registration is by appointment only: Call 540-772-7568

The following documents are required for school registration (you will need to bring them with you to your registration appointment):

Withdrawal from Previous School
Original Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Proof of Residency
1) Copy of either a mortgage, lease, or real estate tax statement of your principal residence in Roanoke County
OR
2) If you do not have a mortgage, lease, or tax statement you must provide both of the following:
a) vehicle registration indicating a Roanoke County address and
b) a valid driver’s license with a Roanoke County address listed
Former School Information (Copies of School Record, Transcript, and Final Report Card)
Immunization & Health Physical Information
IEP or 504 (if applicable)
Custody Information (if applicable)
