The mission of the Student Assistance Program is to work collaboratively with parents, school and community representatives, to foster resiliency in students and interrupt behaviors that impedes student's success.
Specific areas addressed by the S.A.P. are in the prevention and intervention of violence, tobacco, alcohol, other drug use and difficulties that contribute to truancy, low grades, discipline problems and the inability to succeed in the educational setting.
