AP Exam Schedule
!!! Warning !!!There are errors in your booklet in both locations for exams and directions to testing sites. Please check the information below, and if you find a discrepancy between the book and what you find below - ASK SOMEONE FOR CLARIFICATION!!! Make certain that you know where you are supposed to go, when you are supposed to be there, and how to get there. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to get to where you need to be ON TIME!
At this point in time, we believe that all dates, times, and location listed below are correct and confirmed. Locations match the booklet.
If you see any glaring errors in this information, please contact Mr. Larrington (slarrington@rcs.k12.va.us) immediately!
Students may not take exams early. If they are approved for late testing, there will be an extra $40 fee.
Students will be allowed to take an exam late in case of an emergency (serious injury, illness with a medical excuse, or a family tragedy).
Late testing is not permitted for school trips, school assemblies, sporting events, family vacations, or other commitments.
No exam for late testing will be ordered after the order deadline, except for emergencies.
Emergencies during the testing window will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
The late testing dates are May 23rd - 25th, 2012.
Students who have been approved for late testing must take the exam on the specified late testing date.
Students should bring several sharpened number 2 pencils with them to the exam, pens with black or dark blue ink for completing the covers of the exams, the school code (471951), a watch, an approved calculator, and a photo ID.
