VWCC Dual Enrollment Registration Information

 

***IMPORTANT 2012-2013 REGISTRATION CHANGE***

BOTH 1ST-TIME & RETURNING STUDENTS PLANNING TO ENROLL IN A DUAL ENROLLMENT COURSE FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE AND PASS THE VWCC COMPASS TEST BEFORE BEING FULLY ENROLLED IN THE COURSE. MORE INFORMATION REGARDING THE COMPASS TEST & VWCC DUAL ENROLLMENT IS FORTHCOMING.

 

1st-Time Dual Enrollment: Students must complete the two-part VWCC dual enrollment application.

  1. The first component is an online application. Click here to complete the online component.

  2. The second component is a paper application. Click here to complete the second component. (Note: The paper application must be returned to the School Counseling Department).

  3. Complete COMPASS testing. Students may complete the COMPASS test at the Learning Technology Center on the ground floor of VWCC’s library each week during the following times: Monday-Thursday (8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m.), Fridays (8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.), or Saturdays (9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.)

Returning Dual Enrollment: Students must complete the Returning Dual Enrollment application. Click here to complete & print the Returning Dual Enrollment application. (Note: The Returning Dual Enrollment application must be returned to the School Counseling Department.)

**Rising 9th graders should register for Summer School 2012 through their HVMS counselors.**

Registration Dates:

2012 Summer School registration will be May 16 - June 12 at 2:00 p.m.

All sessions are block schedule format taking place 8:00 a.m. – 2:05 p.m.
